Where - Follansbee Town Forest along Saunders Hill Rd across from the Betsy Dodge Conservation Area

When - April 16th at 9am, rain date May 7th at 9am

This past year the Forestry Committee oversaw a logging operation on an 11 acre town forest using a new program of Patch Cuts. We worked only 6 of the 11 acres and it proved profitable and beneficial to the forest environment. This will be a good educational opportunity for landowners, organizations and anyone interested in good forestry practices to join us for a walk to observe and ask questions.

Handouts will be passed out at the presentation.

Terrain could be rough so please wear appropriate footwear
