Attached is a PDF of the estimated bond schedules for the bond hearing. “Level Debt” schedules are included as the tax impact is less per $1,000 but the overall interest paid for the bond is higher. For example, for a 20-yr $7.9M level debt bond would be an additional $733K in interest vs a level principal bond.
Both schedules will be available to view at the bond hearing.
