You are hereby notified that the application of Lynn Strong of TRG Learning Center, LLC, to construct Phase I of the approval to expand the existing child daycare facility by constructing a 2,764 s.f. addition on the front of the existing building, on land owned by Bradley Wilde Education Ventures, Tax Map/Lot #3/49, 643 N. Mast Road, in the Town of New Boston, has received compliance with the conditions subsequent by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on June 13, 2006, on the motion(s):
 

-       I MOVE to confirm that Lynn Strong of TRG Learning Center, LLC has complied with the conditions subsequent to Phase I of the approval to expand the existing child daycare facility by constructing a 2,764 s.f. addition on the front of the existing building, on land owned by Bradley Wilde Education Ventures, Tax Map/Lot #3/49 and to release the hold on the Certificate of Occupancy/Use Permit to be issued by the Building Department.
