-       I MOVE to confirm Right Way Builders, Inc. has complied with the conditions subsequent to the approval of the Condominium subdivision and site plan, Unit A & Unit B, Tax Map/Lot #5/52-1, Beard Road and to release the hold on the Certificate of Occupancy/Use Permit to be issued by the Building Department.
