You are hereby notified that the Application for Major Subdivision & Site Plan for ten tent sites for Thomas P. Quirk, Friendly Beaver Campground, Tax Map/Lot #7/11, 88 Cochran Hill Road, in the Town of New Boston, has received conditional approval by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on April 25, 2006, on the motion(s):
 
-       I MOVE to confirm that Thomas P. Quirk, Friendly Beaver Campground, has complied with the conditions subsequent to the approval of the site plan to expand the existing campground by adding ten tent sites, Tax Map/Lot #7/11, 88 Cochran Hill Road and to release the hold on the Certificate of Occupancy/Use Permit to be issued by the Building Department, subject to:
 
CONDITIONS PRECEDENT:
  1. Hand amendment of the existing approved plan relative to the handicapped ramp.
The deadline date for amendment of the plans shall be May 31, 2006.
