You are hereby notified that the Application for site plan to operate a dog grooming home business from property at 66 Parker Road, Tax Map/Lot #3/136, in the Town of New Boston, has received compliance with the conditions subsequent by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on June 26, 2007, on the motion(s):
 

-       I MOVE to confirm that Katie & Chad Napierkoski have complied with the conditions subsequent to the approval of the site plan to operate a dog grooming home business from their property at 66 Parker Road, Tax Map/Lot #3/136, and to release the hold on the Certificate of Occupancy/Use Permit to be issued by the Building Department.
