Matheson, IV, plans dated 9/22/03, most recently revised 3/15/06, to operate a vehicular sales and repair facility from the existing approved site for a farm and garden tractor sales and service facility at 506 Mont Vernon Road, Tax Map/Lot #14/116-2, in the Town of New Boston, has received final approval by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on March 28, 2006, on the motion(s):
