You are hereby notified that the Application to confirm that Damian and Sonia Martineau have complied with the conditions subsequent to the approval of the site plan to replace an existing one story 2,158 s.f. restaurant and building with a 2,244 s.f. restaurant and building, 8' x 12' walk-in cooler, full basement and second story office from their property at 737 River Road, Tax Map/Lot #3/127,in the Town of New Boston, has received compliance with the conditions subsequent by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on June 12, 2007, on the motion(s):
 

-       I MOVE to confirm that Damian and Sonia Martineau have complied with the conditions subsequent to the approval of the site plan to replace an existing one story 2,158 s.f. restaurant and building with a 2,244 s.f. restaurant and building, 8' x 12' walk-in cooler, full basement and second story office from their property at 737 River Road, Tax Map/Lot #3/127, and to release the hold on the Certificate of Occupancy/Use Permit to be issued by the Building Department.
