You are hereby notified that Locus Field, LLC has complied with the conditions precedent and subsequent to the approval of the condominium subdivision and site plan, Unit A & Unit B, Tax Map/Lot #13/15-2, Salisbury Road, in the Town of New Boston, has received final approval by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on September 12, 2006, on the motion(s):
 

-       I MOVE to confirm that Locus Field, LLC has complied with the conditions precedent and subsequent to the approval of the condominium subdivision and site plan, Unit A & Unit B, Tax Map/Lot #13/15-2, Salisbury Road and to release the hold on the Certificate of Occupancy/Use Permit to be issued by the Building Department above.
