You are hereby notified that the Application to confirm that Locus Field, LLC has complied with the conditions precedent and subsequent to the approval of the condominium subdivision and site plan, Unit A & Unit B, Tax Map/Lot #13/15-5, Kettle Lane, in the Town of New Boston, has received final approval by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on May 8, 2007, on the motion(s):
 
-       I MOVE to confirm that Locus Field, LLC has complied with the conditions precedent and subsequent to the approval of the condominium subdivision and site plan, Unit A & Unit B, Tax Map/Lot #13/15-5, Kettle Lane and to release the hold on the Certificate of Occupancy/Use Permit to be issued by the Building Department above.
