You are hereby notified that the application for a Major Subdivision/9 Lots located on Tax
Map/Lot# 9/21-5, Wilson Hill Road, has received preliminary approval by majority vote of the
members of the Planning Board on September 22, 2009, on the motion(s):
 
-       I MOVE to conditionally approve the concept of the preliminary plan and inform the applicant to submit a completed application, pursuant to the Subdivision Regulations. The "Conditional approval of a preliminary plan shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of such conditional approval, at which time it shall become null and void, unless the condition has been performed or met, or unless extended in writing by the Board." (Subdivision Regulations, Section IV-E, 9.)
