You are hereby notified that the Application for Non-Residential Site Plan Review for the construction of a building for the operation of a landscape supply business and excavation company with equipment rentals & custom wiring cable assembly business on Tax Map/Lot #3/52-26, Hemlock Drive and N.H. Route 114 a/k/a North Mast Road, owned by William Lambert, in the Town of New Boston, has received compliance with the conditions subsequent by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on August 27, 2008, on the motion(s):
 
-       I MOVE to confirm compliance with the conditions subsequent to the approval of the Non-Residential Site Plan Review for the construction of a building for the operation of a landscape supply business and excavation company with equipment rentals & custom wiring cable assembly business on Tax Map/Lot #3/52-26, Hemlock Drive and N.H. Route 114 a/k/a North Mast Road, owned by William Lambert and to release the hold on the Certificate of Occupancy/Use Permit to be issued by the Building Department. It is the applicant's responsibility to apply to the Building Department for a Permit to Operate/Certificate of Occupancy.
 
-       Note: This compliance is contingent upon one member of the Planning Board verifying installation of the rip rap & if the rip rap is not in place this motion is rescinded.
