You are hereby notified that compliance with the conditions subsequent to the approval of the Conditional Use Permit for the installation of one wetland crossing on N.H. Route 77 a/k/a Weare Road, Tax Map/Lot #2/112-2-3 & -4 & -5, by Albert and Carol Lachance, in the Town of New Boston, has received compliance by majority vote of the members of the Planning Board on September 23, 2008, on the motion(s):
 

-   I MOVE to confirm compliance with the conditions subsequent to the approval of the Conditional Use Permit for the installation of one wetland crossing on N.H. Route 77 a/k/a Weare Road, Tax Map/Lot #2/112-2-3 & -4 & -5, by Albert and Carol Lachance, subject to:
 

CONDITIONS PRECEDENT:
 

1. $500 will be held until May 2009 to confirm that the vegetation is stabilized and the silt fence can be removed. The confirmation of this condition shall be made administratively by the Planning Board and will not require an additional compliance hearing.
