Town of New Boston – Fire Ward Opening
The Town of New Boston is seeking interested residents to fill a vacant position on the Board of Fire Wards following the retirement of a current member.
This appointment will serve the remainder of the current term and will expire in March 2027, at which time the position will return to the ballot during the Town Election.
The Board of Fire Wards plays an important role in supporting the operation and oversight of the Fire Department and serving the community.
Residents interested in being considered for appointment are encouraged to submit a letter of interest outlining their background, community involvement, and interest in serving.
Letters of interest or questions should be submitted to Brandon Merron, Fire Wards Chair by July 31st.
