Temporary Use Permit

How to Obtain a Temporary Use Permit for the
New Boston Transfer Station and Recycling Center.

These permits are available at the Town Hall, Selectmen’s Office, during normal business hours.

The property owner or the contractor may come in to obtain a temporary and limited use permit for the Transfer Station. There is no cost to obtain a temporary use permit.
Fee rates for the disposal of demolition and debris are posted on the web site.

Written, signed permission from the property owner requesting that the contractor be allowed the use of the facility to dispose of residentially generated demolition and/or debris will be required. A temporary permit will then be issued.

The permit will contain the following information:
  • Resident’s Name and address.
  • Contractor’s Name, business address and phone number.
  • Dates of permitted use.
The contractor must present the permit at the Transfer Station to be allowed use of the facility.

For additional information, please call the Transfer Station at 487-5000.
