Rules and Hours
The New Boston Outdoor Skating Rink was created in 2019 as an Eagle Scout Project by Sean Hunter. This rink has been well received and used by New Boston residents and their friends. New Boston's Fire Dept pitches in by filling, and sometimes refilling and leveling the rink. We thank the New Boston Recreation Commissioners and Board of Selectmen for approving the site for this project. We applaud the efforts of Sean Hunter, the NBFD, and all the volunteers who keep this rink up and running. We hope that this rink will be an annual event if the weather cooperates and volunteers continue to help with ice clearing and maintenance of the rink.
