Notice of Public Bond Hearing

The Selectmen of the Town of New Boston will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the Whipple Free Library Community Room relating to a proposal for an appropriation of $8,900,000 for the purpose of constructing a Safety Complex (Police, Fire and EMS Facilities), for the demolition of the current Fire Station and renovation/repurposing of current police/recreation buildings; such sum to be raised by the issuance of serial bonds or notes under and in compliance with the Municipal Finance Act (NHRSA 33:1 et seq. as amended). This public hearing is conducted under the provisions of RSA 33:8-a, I; 40:13, II-a(a).
