Subject: Great Trail

Hi New Boston Rail Trail,

I just wanted to drop this note complementing you on the terrific rail trail. As a multiyear member of the National Rail-to-Trails Conservancy, I find your rail trail to be everything I like in a trail. It is extremely clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. Today I hiked the full near 4 mile length through the woods, for a total of 8 miles, starting at Lang Station on Gregg Mill Rd and going both directions. I thought the Windham Rail Trail was awesome, but you have it beat. So I just wanted to drop you this note of appreciation. I will surely return. And I did drop $$ in your donation box to help with future work.

Regards,

Recently, my wife and I visited the New Boston Rail Trail for her YouTube Channel, Wheels in the Wilderness. We visit and review trails for the purpose of evaluating them from an accessibility aspect. My wife is mobility impaired and she utilizes a mobility scooter. (I either walk or ride a bicycle, depending on the trail) The video we produced from that visit is available now and I thought you might find it encouraging as we LOVED your trail. Seriously one of, if not THE best we’ve done so far. We were so impressed with the accessibility of the trail and the small things you had done to make it more so such as accessable picnic tables, frequent benches etc.  Click here to watch the amazing youtube video!
