Gentle Yoga - Mondays 5:30 to 6:30 pm
A slower paced class that will focus on alignment of the body while moving slowly through the postures.  Standing and supported balance postures will start the class.  Seated postures and an extended (and sometimes prop-supported) Savasana will end the class. The class will be designed to have a restorative and gentle feel.

Vinyasa Yoga - Mondays 6:45 to 7:45 pm
A moderate to faster-paced class. More advanced postures will be explored with variations given for all levels.  Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement".  While moving from one posture to the next, alignment of the breath with the movement will be cued.  Sun Salutations will start the class, then progress through standing and balance postures.  Seated postures and backbends will end the class along with either a guided meditation or quiet Savasana.
